Acrehunt Real Estates Consultancy Private Limited (“Acrehunt”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a founder led real estate advisory and facilitation firm based in Gurugram, Haryana.

Acrehunt assists clients with real estate requirements including property discovery, buying assistance, selling support, rental and leasing support, investment led property guidance, site visit coordination, negotiation support, and documentation coordination.

Acrehunt is not a public property listing portal. This website is intended to provide general information about Acrehunt, its services, selected property opportunities, market areas, and ways to contact the firm.

Acrehunt may assist with advisory, shortlisting, coordination, and facilitation. However, Acrehunt does not guarantee:

  • price negotiation outcome;
  • title clearance;
  • regulatory approval;
  • developer, seller, landlord, tenant, buyer, promoter, or third party performance;
  • future appreciation, resale value, or rental income;

3.4 Brokerage, Commission, Advisory Fees, and Charges

Any brokerage, commission, advisory fee, consultation fee, service charge, or other fee payable to Acrehunt, if applicable, will be communicated to the client before the relevant engagement, site visit, negotiation, documentation stage, or transaction.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, no website content should be treated as a fee quote, brokerage waiver, commission commitment, discount commitment, or commercial agreement.

3.5 Site Visits and Consultations

Acrehunt may assist in arranging site visits and consultations based on property availability, owner/developer access, scheduling feasibility, location access, and user requirements.

Users are responsible for their own travel, safety, belongings, independent assessment, and decision making during site visits. Acrehunt is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, travel cost, delay, access issue, cancellation, property access restriction, or third party conduct during or after site visits.

If Acrehunt introduces paid services, online payments, consultation fees, booking support, or any other chargeable service in the future, the applicable payment terms, cancellation terms, and refund policy will be clearly communicated and updated on the website.
